I accept international payments. All transactions are processed in GBP sterling. If you are buying from outside the UK your international card provider or bank will determine the exchange rate used for converting GBP into your local currency.
All transactions are encrypted by SSL and are processed securely.
All prints are printed to order and will be ready to ship in 1 to 3 business days. If you're uncertain when your order will ship please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will give you a shipping date.
A5 and A4 prints are packaged in sturdy envelopes. A3 and A2 prints are rolled and packaged in sturdy postal tubes.
It is the sole responsibility of the BUYER to supply me with a clear and accurate shipping address. I cannot be held responsible for lost, delayed or returned orders due to an error with the shipping details given at the time of ordering. A further shipping charge will be incurred if I receive a returned order and I agree to resend it.
I use First Class Royal Mail for my orders in the UK. Delivery times to a UK address is normally 1-4 days. For additional security you can select First Class Signed For shipping at checkout.
I use International Standard Air or International Tracked Air to ship - you have the choice at checkout for which service you require. Delivery time is 3 to 15 working days for Europe and 5 to 20 days everywhere else.
I do not offer Next Day or Overnight Express shipping services.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at email@example.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGING AN ITEM
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus shipping costs if applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
